Character Physics of Pichu

So recently I tried messing around with SSBM hacking and I've been trying to see what would be best for Pichu. I have a download link (PlPc.dat) for the complete Pichu monster I created. Basically, Pichu is really really fast, has high friction, great aerial mobility, slightly smaller (effectively making his moves extend farther from his body without actually changing them) and low lag. Of course I exaggerated a lot of this (I'm not suggesting it be as extreme as I made it, but I was just having fun), but I think I got the general idea across. I did not modify any moves here.
