A lot of stuff has been covered in the other post, but here's some of my ideas:
- Teleport is intangible on frame one, making it a better run away move
- teleport ending can be cancelled by landing
- Shadow ball can be land cancelled, gains full charge faster, and travels further(maybe increase size and damage as well)
- rapidfire shadowball to throw out 3 baby ones( only 3 can be on the screen at a time) this is based on the movies
- Confusion is safe on hit (unlike in melee:) or keep it shitty, but make it so that on hit, it causes the enemy's next attack to do self damage like pichu
- Disable goes farther, works on enemies not facing you, does something good to airborne enemies
- OR, disable makes it so that one of the enemies moves can not be used. this could be a random move, or the last move they used, or only work if it hits them while they are in the middle of an attack. this could be fo a set amount of time, per stock, or per game, but could only work on one move at a time(using it again would allow the first move to be used again and make a new move unusable.) this would be hard to use but would be closer to the moves effect in pokemon
- Faster air and land speed, like in the games
- air dodge is faster, and spotdodge
- most normal kept the same, maybe increase the active frames on a few moves like dsmash
- f throw does more damage per shadow ball, or uses like twice as many shadowballs
- invisible while rolling
basically,all of mewtwos special attacks need serious buffs, and his speed. im basing this off the canon: bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mewtwo_(Pok%C3%A9mon)#Base_stats

edit: another fairly easy proposed change, make either his side b or down b the same as his forward throw. maybe make it holdable so he just continues to shoot shadow balls
