Dump ideas for OP roy
All hitboxes have ph1r3 effect for obvious reasons if possible
Up b- can be double jumped out of once, and then used again, greatly improving recovery
Dtilt- set KB and the tipper hit doesn't suck
All arials can be jump canceled
Fair- tipper hit hits upwards and inwards, for pulling opponents in for uair combos and setting up the strong hit dair
Dair- tipper a spike, mid hit is a semi spike, inside hit has KB similar to rest
Uair- more hitstun, tipper is same as middle hit
Bair- tipper hit has inward and upward knockback similar to fair, inside hit is a strong semi-spike
Ftilt- the ftilt in the old melee minus video looks great
Utilt- tipper is a semi-spike that hits behind him at around 20 degrees down from the horizontal
Jab-strong set kb meteor that causes a knockdown

Sweetspots do increased shield damage
Attacks with fire "ignite" opponents and do small damage over time without flinching (basically hitting them with Lip's Stick but replacing the flower graphic with fire)
Double Edge Dance has armor?

Some more ideas since nobody seems to care about the old boy.
Sourspots are at least as strong as Marth's sourspots
Much higher air movement speed
Decreased falling speed to improve his recovery and make him harder to chaingrab
Lower traction to improve his wavedash
Up-B can be angled, to the point of going almost completely horizontal
Counter does twice the original damage instead of 1.5 times
Fully Charged Flare Blade's hitbox covers the whole stage, because why not?

Sourspots are at least as strong as Marth's sourspots marth's sourspots are just as weak as roy's, you are thinking of the mid hit. the sourspot is where roy's sweetspot is, it's very rarely used with marth, only time I use it is to ken combo floaties at higher percents

The middle of Marth's sword still has some KO potential while Roy's tipper is just worthless. Read Roy's Smashwiki article if you don't believe me.
