My thoughts for a Pichu

I was thinking about an "exaggerated" Pichu

All smash attacks are insanely good but deal heaps to Pichu.

It's up-b is nearly infinite and it can fly around pretty much (does no damage to itself).

It's dair spikes 

It's aerials have massive hitboxes but to make it look less disjointed you could put electricity around Pichu when it does an aerial.

It's down-b act's like Falco's shine AKA really fast and sends them up for easy aerial.

Neutral B freezes opponent if hit

Headbutt has no hitlag(?) for Pichu and gives Pichu a jump if it connects, and it sends the opponent up for aerial.

i really like the idea of all of pichus earials having huge range, pichu has rly bad rng and rly need's the buff

id love to see pichus nuetral b freezing opponent's, imagine all the combo's you can doo
instaed of just headbutt having no hitlag(?) for Pichu i think all of it's move's should have no hitlag(?)
i think we could use heap's of idea's like thi's, you should be on the pm dev team
