- Change Fireball into a Thunder ball (Moves slowly but doesn't disappear after hit, must travel a set distance first, only two out at a time.)
- Increase misfire rate on the Green Missile
- Either increase air speed or give Super Jump Punch increased horizontal distance. Also add starting hit explosion on last couple frames of the attack.
- Give Luigi Cyclone a quicker rise when button mashing.
- Give him a Wavedash that can clear 3/4th of F
- Jabs have electric effect
- Nair becomes a weak spike if it hits the opponent on the bottom of the leg
- Bair has twice the power (ROW ROW, FIGHT THE POWA)
- Add hitbox to the end of Dash Attack (that has always annoyed me)
- Air dodge out of Down B
- Taunts spike ignores second half of invul on ledge.
Give him Dr Luigi Costume (sadly that can't happen. But still)

My thoughts on M- Luigi:
*I like the Thunderball idea, seems cool.
*Luigi Cyclone has more IASA frames, like in Brawl Minus.
*Down throw sends opponent behind Luigi.
*Increased speed, both in the air and on the ground.
*Super Jump Punch should work like Wario-Man's Up-B, with an initial hitbox that links into the later hitbox. To compensate for this, I feel it shouldn't be as strong.
