What about making Falcon's knee sweet spot last for the entirety of the move, first to last frame?

That would make it far less satisfying.

Better idea: make falcon's knee sweet spot always out whenever a hitbox is out.. ON EVERY MOVE so if you nair and the guy touches your knee, he gets kneed
OR EVEN BETTER
make falcon's knee sweet spot always active RUN INTO THE GUY AND HE GETS KNEED

"YESZ" for every successful sweetspot, or the unused "COME ON"

what if captain falcon got more air mobility and jumps and his soft knee got the wall properties of jiggs bair so you could have wall of knees into hard knee

This is very stupid. Does anyone actually think of what it would be like to fight against their buffs? There has to be some balance.

There should be some loading message about "The knee was so good we realized it was best broken by being left exactly the same."
Maybe whatever direction you hold is what direction the knee sends if you hold down A [and if you don't hold down A, it sends the default direction, reverse or regular, based on positioning]? This would make reverse or not reverse knees easier, and also allow for crazy team combos if you communicate well, but it wouldn't be horribly unfun to play against or whatever.
Also that may not be possible but it'd be interesting to try at least.
Another thought is that the startup of the knee [maybe frames 5-14] has a multi-hit effect with the auto-link angle, to make the knee function better in neutral... although this would admittedly be gross to fight against, it could have a raised SDI factor or something so that Falcon has a better neutral option or whatever [it might look like Mewtwo nair then???].
