Last updated 2/13/2015 - Every character will be given good offensive and defensive tools.
- Every tool or strategy has to be counter-able. Sure, every character is going to be broken, but, if something is too good, it's no fun to play against.
- No move will be left useless.
- No character will be forced to revolve around a single strategy
- Stop suggesting that everyone get a shine.
- Imagine playing against your buffs before suggesting them. If it sounds horrible, it probably isn't a good idea. There is no reason to add any controller throwers to the game.
- Make sure there's at least some sort of reason to buff a character in the way in which you buff them, especially with low-tier characters. "Why not?" seems to often lead to arbitrary, unfun buffs that don't really make much sense and leave the character as unchanged but with one strange gimmick.
- When proposing changes, it is recommended that your changes be creative rather than dull hotfixes that don't really add much depth.
- If you're going to propose changes, make sure you know what you're talking about.
articanus words the one about annoying changes perfectly: This is exactly what should be avoided. More later.
