For the Sake of making everyone OP:D
-Down-B (Hand Slap) act like a shine, both on the ground and in the air. So it can be done quickly, within a few frames, while standing. When in the air it will slow the falling speed.
-Up-B (Recovery): Give more upwards recovery so it doesn't suck
HUGE WAVEDASH???

The side effect to giving a character a longer wavedash is that they will be more slippery (think Luigi, Ice Climbers). Wavedashing is tied into the friction attribute.
I was thinking of making Up-B last longer and have super armor.

I think down b should have a much wider hitbox, but I really dont understand everyone's fascination with giving everyone a shine

It wouldn't be like a shine in the sense that it reflects and does damage and stuff, it would be just so he could hang around in the air a little longer.
@scrumpy, the super armor is a good idea and lasting longer is too

The super armor should probably only be present during the start up, otherwise its going to get rediculously annoying really fast

If possible. Make D-Special usable in air like Smash 4, and give it a spike on 2nd slap? Also, taking a page out of Brawl-, If you use D-Special but hold B could you have him spawn a barrel in his hands? It fits and gives him a projectile. And in addition to that, can you make his throw strength (Items not characters) greater? So the barrel flies faster/further?

easy one that isnt too op:
the cargo hold throw can not be escaped. that way he can always kamikaze with it.
to prevent stalling, maybe make it so you break out after 10 seconds
edit: lets say 10 seconds, thats still enough time.

Like do what brawl gave him, in Brawl, its SOOO good horizontally, and has a deceptive vertical range.

Methinks: Up B: Rather than make it last longer, simply make it DK propel significantly farther. The nasty side effect of being longer lasting is that it's easier to punish/gimp due to being easier to react to. Also no superarmor lol I don't think it's really necessary Fair: Significantly less endlag and slightly less startup and obviously can autocancel Jab and all tilts except dtilt: 5-10 less endlag and like 1-2 frames less startup All smashes: Slightly stronger GIANT PUNCH: Not helpless in air Grab: standard speed (move active frames up 1)
