Potential Pikachu Buffs - Thunderjolt's (Neutral- animation now ends instantly upon landing. If Falco get's it in vMelee then Pikachu damn sure deserves it in Melee Minus - Thunderjolts have the knockback of Fox's shine - Using Thunder no longer locks Pikachu into an animation. It will still come down in the place you activated it, hitbox and all, but Pikachu will still be able to move and attack freely. - Skull Bash charges twice as fast, and has no end lag if you land the hit. - Fully charged Skull Bash will break fully charged shields. - Pikachu retains his momentum from Quick Attack. - Pikachu's B-Air sucks people in, making it a viable suicide move and ensuring all hits make contact. That is all.

If Falco get's it in vMelee then Pikachu damn sure deserves it in Melee Minus The plan is to give everyone land-cancelable projectiles anyway, so this is going in unless it proves too broken. I think that would maybe be a little bit too good, especially since thunder jolt is already being buffed.

I dont care what happens to Pikachu if he gets his 64 Bair.
You can probably just copy pasta his ftilt animation if you need to.

Potential Pikachu Buffs - Neutral B: - Hitbox remains active for twice the current duration - Up Smash: - Increase knockback of sourspot - Dash Attack: - Reduce endlag significantly - Up tilt: - Add IASA frames prior to animation end - Forward air: - Increase damage per hit by 1 or 2 - Grabs: - Increase range

I too am advocate of 64 bair The thought of a copy/pasted ftilt animation amuses me, but I'd rather he keep his current anim, and just have it function like 64 bair also make his jab a 1f jab lol 1f jab trolls it'd be like shine except not ridiculous because jab and not jump cancellable while we're at it increase the KBG of ftilt maybe???
Also I say don't increase grab range, but instead give him his 64 KO throws Or just one of them eh eh ... eh

If possible i would love to see a side-b with the same uncharged KB but a high exponential increase in KB as it is charged
i'm a advocate of 64 bair, if thats not a possiblity i would love to see a doc nair esqe move that has high knockback near the end of the move.
pls give pikachu some tax credits for that poverty shield of his.
if possible giving downsmash a low knockback but decent hitstun and its current trajectory seems fine to keep, perhaps Better ISAI frames so it can actually be used in combos, i feel this would be a nice couple with pikachu's upair, but not too centralizing.
i would like to see dair become a meteor, and for fair to become a single hit move with a directly horizontal angle, i feel like this could as a interesting dynamic.
it would be nice if dtilt actually covered all the areas the windmark covers, as in in front and behind.
giving dash attack a lower hitbox might actually make it useful for awkward edgaurds but doing that would make ftilt much less useful.
hope i don't sound too absurd.

Up-b needs to have the world's largest edge sweetspot. For reasons.

Uair always tail spikes in the direction Pikachu is facing if you hold A. It always tail-spikes behind him if you hold B [or maybe another button, like A + R, aka Z]. It always pops up if you do neither [so c-stick it??? Or release the button fast, like a shorthop].
If this constitutes an "Attack subaction" my apologies [I'm not clear on what that means and I know that you can button mash tornado, so I figure there may be some way to configure moves based on what's held???], but I think it'd be cool to be able to consistently tail-spike wherever you want.
