so i put some thought into this ok laugh at me if you have to Run speed: 2.0 traction: 0.08 fast fall: 2.6 jab: -8 endlag dash attack: -10 endlag ftilt: does 16% and has 20/100 kb; aka really strong utilt: does 12% dtilt: does 10% fsmash: does ~22% if all hits connect (ok so i wanted it to be one hit before but now i don't care don't judge me) usmash: does 18%, has electric effect and 2% recoil dsmash: -10 endlag nair: early hit does 14% fair: does ~15% if all hits connect and weakly spikes bair: early hit does 13% uair: does 12% but retains its cool juggling capabilities dair: does ~20% if all hits connect and also spikes, 1% recoil per hit like fair fthrow: strong KO throw, like ness' except not as good grab: grabs have 1f less startup (!) thunder jolt: projectile comes out on frame 9, land cancellable (universal m- thing, no?), does 12% if it hits in the air, otherwise 9%, 2% recoil skull bash: brief invincibility at the start of the attack agility: pls no recoil this isn't even an electric move let alone an attack all aerials have 12 landing lag ok i give up do whatever you want with him just make all his moves have 10 endlag why don't you i just want pichu to hit harder to make up for his laughable lack of range, is that so wrong? ?
