Rest is an exciting move because of the element of risk vs. reward. Big win if it hits, sad panda if it doesn't. How can we accentuate that further?
To increase the risk... ... give every character at least one move that doesn't wake her up ... give her Yoshi's super armor while she's asleep ... have her automatically pull out her shield when she hits the ground
To increase the reward... ... make the knockback trajectory closer to vertical for easier star KO ... healing ... more knockback
