Rest already kills from zero. Making it cancellable would make it too powerful.

The thing is, can we programatically heal a character upon doing a move--especially progressively. Yeah, we can heal a character upon hit [see Mr. Game and Watch 7], but progressively would take up too much PSA room, especially since we cannot add new data to movesets without completely relocating the data. I'm going to do some testing with those grey hitboxes. For those of you who don't know, grey hitboxes are these hitboxes that deal no damage or hitstun. If those are able to have an effect on hit, I could make them size 65535 (which is much larger than all competitive maps, even the ones that will probably be added to the game) and repeat like four times to make a cheap "heal" effect since hitboxes can heal on hit. The problem with this, though, is that the healing would rise by a factor of three in teams because it would be hitting three people.

Like, the only time size 65535 wouldn't work is on Temple, with Jigglypuff and the opponent on either end.
I tested that a long time ago when I got salty that I couldn't beat Jigglypuff's BtT.

It can net you kills circa 100% It's also 3f slower on the startup side and has like 2 less active frames iirc Here's the knockback values: 13% / 30 BKB / 120 KBG vs 12% / 10 BKB / 100 KBG Melee bair won't outright KO 'til 'bout 69% later

Depending on the situation fair is very good. If anything replace Nair, but regardless I like all of puffs aerials and would prefer to keep them all

Probably too strong even for Melee Minus, but replace Jigg's dair with Falco dair [subject of a "What if..." video?].
Then watch spacies cry when they hit with the WoP: bair -> bair -> dair.
More realistically, making the last hit of dair a spike would be hilarious [but still possibly good].
